Dawson Construction is committed to the well-being of all employees unable to perform their normal duties as a result of being injured on or off the job, or recuperating from an illness.
Our Stay at Work/Return to Work Program provides a timely job modification or placement for a temporarily disabled employee who cannot perform their regular duties as a consequence of an occupational or non-occupational injury or illness. Stay at Work/Return to Work Plans will be individualized for each employee and supported by medical documentation.
Dawson Construction Limited is committed to ensuring a safe and early return to work of all of our employees. To fulfill our “Duty to Accommodate” obligations, Dawson Construction Limited has a comprehensive Modified Work Program that can accommodate most temporary functional restrictions.
