At Dawson Construction Limited we believe that all accidents are preventable through proper training of personnel, correct use of equipment and tools and a positive attitude toward personal and co-worker safety. We will not jeopardize the well being of our employees or their families by allowing unsafe work practices or situations.
Prevention is the best policy but in the event of injury we believe that safe and early return to work practices greatly benefit the injured worker by keeping them involved with their peers and their job. Assisting an injured worker to return to work early also helps the Company retain important employees and shows our commitment to them.
